Guttify Secures $360K to Transform Gut Health in India
Lifechart- Bharat’s 1st Fullstack Gut Wellness Brand is a health-tech startup promoting gut wellness. Recently, the company announced the successful closure of the flagship brand Guttify. 3 crore was raised in the extended seed round led by Prajay Advisors, the family office of Unichem Laboratories Limited founders Prakash Mody and Jayendra Shah. The investors showed immense confidence in the brand’s approach towards promoting gut health awareness and delivering meaningful solutions.
Another seed round was raised in October 2024, which was backed by Expert Dojo, Agility Ventures, Sunn91 Ventures, and renowned angel investors such as Nitish Mittersain and Ahana Gautam.
Guttify was founded by Mukul Shah and Mansi Sharma in 2022, carefully designed to serve the urban population of India. The brand is emerging at the forefront where traditional wellness is infused with modern diagnostics. Their mission : “We’re on a mission to make gut health simple, effective, and enjoyable. Our science-backed formulations are designed for modern lifestyles, helping you tackle digestion issues with ease.”
According to research, the total Indian gut health market is estimated to be around $18 billion. Over 60% of individuals experience digestive problems. This brand is a science-backed ecosystem that is addressing the urgent digestive health crisis in India.
