YES BANK welcomes Harmeet Chadha as the new Chief Experience Officer. With over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance field, she is an expert in customer experience, operations, compliance, digital transformation, and more.
Before joining Yes Bank, she worked with Axis Bank for 11 years as the Head of Customer Obsession—Retail Liability, Branch Banking, and Institutional Capabilities. Chadha was responsible for driving culture among the employees and embedding the DNA of customer obsession. During her tenure, she made a significant impact by focusing on customer experience and operational excellence. Chadha has also worked with HDFC Bank and HyperQuality, Inc.- An Avaya Company.
