Monika Marwah is appointed as the Vice President of Workforce Enablement at HSBC. With nearly 20 years of expertise, Marwah will be leading talent strategy, HR transformation, and workforce planning. In her new role at HSBC, she is responsible for advancing the people-enabling strategy that focuses on building a future-ready organization.

In her professional career, Marwah has worked with BluePi , Amazon, NCR Corporation, Panacea Biotec Ltd, Star Worldwide Group, uninor, and UMTS India. Over the years, she has shaped her expertise in talent management, employee engagement, campus recruitment, office operations, and so much more. Handling multiple projects while creating a budget plan and analysis, while rolling out various programs that help employees and scale the organization.

At Amazon, she was leading the hiring strategy and campus engagement for the APAC region, helping shape future leadership. Implementing university relations, Marwah delivered solutions at different campuses across India.

Earlier in her leadership role, she led talent acquisition across India and GCC for NCR Corporation and drove strategic hiring, DEI, employer branding, and executive recruitment. Her expertise across several sectors shaped her professional career.
