IIFL Home Loans has appointed Aarti (Marwaha) Upadhyay as the new CHRO, marking a strong shift in the people strategy. With nearly 20 years of experience across leading organisations, bringing deep expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organisational development, and transformation initiatives.
Aarti has served as the Chief People Officer at DevyaniInternationalLimited, where she has led HR operations for brands including KFC, Pizza Hut, Costa Coffee, Vaango, and Airports. Prior to that, she was the Head of Human Capital – Offline Business at Lenskart.com, and Vice President HR at Walmart India.
In her early career, she served ReligareEnterprises, Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, and RelianceCommunications, along with an extensive tenure at Walmart, where she managed workforce strategy and cultural transformation projects .
At IIFL Home Finance, Aarti will be responsible for strengthening the company’s HR function, building future-ready talent pipelines, and leading people-first initiatives to support the company’s growth journey.
