Indian Railways launched RAILONE as a unified app that accommodates all the passenger services on a single platform. RailOne replaces the need for several separate apps like IRCTC Rail Connect, UTS, NTES, and Food on Track. This app offers all the conveniences in one place, making passengers’ travel experiences seamless.

“Union Railway Minister Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw launched a new app, RailOne, today at India Habitat Centre in New Delhi on the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS). RailOne is focused on improving passenger interface with railways.” This information was reported in a press release by the Railway Ministry.

The key features would include booking reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets; tracking PNR status, coach position, and live train updates. The features don’t end here; in the app, passengers can order food, request a refund, and pay securely.

The app is designed for simplicity and speed. Its user-friendly interface and multilingual support make it an easier and effective option. By centralising ticketing, payments, food, and feedback services in one place, the Indian Railways aims to cut the hassle of juggling multiple apps while enhancing the travel experience.
