Knight Frank has appointed James Wrenn MRICS to strengthen the leadership in their hospitality segment. James joined Knight Frank as Partner & Head of Hotel & Leisure Capital Markets for the Middle East & Africa (MEA).

With over 17 years of expertise in real estate and hotel investments across the MENA and Europe, James has worked with Colliers, where he served as Executive Director and Head of Capital Markets. At Knight Frank, he will lead the firm’s hotel and leisure asset transactions, advising on acquisitions, disposals, JV partnerships, and investment sourcing.

He has also worked with Savills and Cushman & Wakefield at the beginning of his career. James’ appointment aligns ideally with the rising demand for hospitality investment across the region, driven by tourism.

James shared, “After a wonderful 12-year journey, my chapter at Colliers MENA has come to an end. I’m incredibly grateful to all my colleagues, clients, and friends who have been part of this time. When I first started, I could never have imagined the growth, exposure, and opportunities that lay ahead. The journey, the people, and experiences have been amazing. I feel incredibly lucky.”
