Ms Kaur held senior leadership roles at Usha International, KOHLER India, VE Commercial Vehicles Ltd. (Volvo Eicher), ASSA ABLOY Group, Hindware Limited, Evalueserve and other consumer-focused businesses, providing her with a broad functional and industry perspective.
Ms Kaur’s academic background includes executive education in marketing and business strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a bachelor’s from Nagpur University. Since joining Groupe SEB India in 2020 as Marketing Director, she has played an instrumental role in expanding the company’s footprint, including leading the launch and scaling of the premium international brand Tefal in India and driving consumer-centric digital marketing initiatives.
In her new role, she will be responsible for driving Groupe SEB India’s overall business performance, expanding market leadership across product categories, and steering long-term strategic initiatives to deliver sustainable value to customers, partners, and stakeholders.
