Jatin Shah elevated as the COO of Colliers India
Colliers, a global real estate services firm, has recently announced the elevation of Jatin Shah as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for its operations in India. Shah has two decades of experience in the real estate sector and has contributed immensely to it with his exceptional expertise.
Shah will be heading the strategic growth and operational excellence across the real estate landscape of India. He has worked with Synergy Property Development Services Pvt Ltd, which has now been acquired by Colliers.
Shah is succeeding Argenio Antao, MRICS, who has been the COO of Colliers India for five years. Antao will continue to lead critical strategic initiatives within the firm.
“As one of our key leaders and a well-regarded industry veteran, Jatin has a deep understanding of the shifting dynamics that shape the real estate and construction industry,” Colliers announced on LinkedIn.
Shah also showed excitement towards his new appointment. As COO, Shah will be focusing on driving operational efficiencies, expanding service capabilities and fostering innovation.
