The Kolkata-based lab-grown diamond brand, Jewelbox, bedazzled the sharks of Shark Tank India in season 3 with their diamonds. Recently, the brand raised 27.3 cr in a pre-series A funding round led by V3 Ventures. This strategic investment will help the company to grow the retail footprint in the jewellery market and enhance product offerings.
The brand was founded by Vidita Kochar and Nipun Kochar in 2022. A brand that specialises in lab-grown diamond jewelry, offering customers ethical and environmentally friendly alternative. On a mission to provide conflict-free and clean jewellery that suits every personality and occasion.
Atrium Angels, Dexter Ventures, Infinyte Club, Samarthya Capital, Indian Silicon Valley Capital, Ramakant Sharma. – The new co-investors who joined showed confidence in Jewelbox. The company also thanked and welcomed the existing investors – jic jiif and others.

The newly secured capital will be used to establish the retail outlets in the metropolitan cities while they strengthen their online presence. Also expanding the product line to cater to larger customers all around India and solidifying their base as the lab-grown diamond brand in the jewellery industry.
