Jaiswal is the Chief Technology Officer at Quantum AI Global, where he leads the technological initiatives of the Quantum and AI revolution, handling a team of 50+ scientists, engineers, and developers.
25+ years of experience in AI/ML, Quantum, space technology, InfoSec, and IT. He began his journey in the defence services, where he worked on extremely advanced operations command and decision support systems. Jaiswal was the Director of System Applications at the Ministry of Defense, leading cryptographic systems, secured networks, and satellite communication frameworks.
In 2020, he was elevated as Senior Director Research (InfoSec & AI/ML) at the Ministry of Defense, where he guided 100+ professionals in information security and AI-driven innovations.
Jaiswal has also been associated with Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), and the United Nations. His international tenure with the United Nations across Africa, Europe, and the USA further expanded his technological and leadership vision.
Jaiswal believes in resilient leadership that fosters deep-tech collaborations, agile workflows, and continuous innovation. He empowers the teams with emerging domains like Quantum AI by boosting a culture of experimentation and strategic partnerships.
