Lennox India Technology Centre (LITC) has appointed Madhurya Hariharan as Director – People and Talent Leader. Madhurya will lead initiatives focused on leadership development, organizational culture, and employee engagement, aligning with Lennox’s mission to drive innovation and operational excellence in energy efficient climate control solutions.
With a career spanning nearly two decades, Madhurya brings dynamic experience in human resources, talent management, and business transformation. Before joining Lennox, she served in multiple leadership capacities at Tata Consultancy Services, including Head of Talent Development for TCS North America and Head of HR for the TCS Microsoft Business Unit. Her work at TCS involved leading large-scale talent transformation programs, developing leadership pipelines, and driving people integration across diverse global markets.
Her appointment underscores Lennox’s commitment to building a strong, inclusive, and future-ready workforce that supports the company’s innovation-driven growth in India and beyond.
