Linde India Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Milan Sadhukhan as Managing Director. His appointment reflects the company’s continued emphasis on strong governance, innovation, and long-term value creation in line with Linde Group’s global priorities.
Milan Sadhukhan brings over 25 years of extensive global experience within the Linde Group and related businesses. An inspiring finance professional, he is a B.Com graduate from St. Xavier’s College, a Chartered Accountant, and a Cost & Management Accountant. He has also served as Head of Finance, ASEAN & South Asia, where he led regional finance and supply chain functions, championed transformational initiatives, and strengthened performance governance across multiple markets.
He also held key leadership roles in finance and controlling at Linde India, BOC UK & Ireland, and Boc India Limited, Kolkata., reinforcing his deep understanding of both domestic and international operations. The Board also acknowledged the valuable contributions of the outgoing Managing Director, Abhijit Banerjee, whose tenure has been instrumental in shaping Linde India’s trajectory.
As Managing Director, Milan Sadhukhan will be responsible for steering Linde India’s overall strategy, business performance, and operational excellence. He will focus on strengthening the company’s market leadership, driving sustainable growth, enhancing customer-centric solutions, and advancing operational efficiencies.
