NAB has appointed Preeti Verma as Vice President – Talent Acquisition, where she will be responsible for strengthening leadership hiring, talent strategy, and employee branding. Preeti brings over two decades of industry expertise in strategic recruitment and HR transformation across the global markets.

Preeti had served as the Associate Vice President at Trianz, where she led hiring and talent branding initiatives while developing and executing strategies focused on enhancing talent attraction and building brand recognition. She also led GreyOrange, where she played a key role in global recruitment operations that aligned with business growth.

Preeti spent 16 years contributing at Genpact, where she had driven HR transformation, leadership hiring, and strategic workforce planning.

At NAB, Preeti will lead initiatives to attract top talent, strengthen employer branding, and cultivate a future-ready workforce, supporting the bank’s mission to build an agile, innovative, and people-centric organization.
