Narayan Lodha joined EPACK Group as the new Group Executive Director and Group CFO. With over 25 years of experience in the finance sector, Lodha is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary. His extensive experience in the energy sector will be leveraged by EPACK Group.
Before joining EPACK, Lodha worked with Sanjay Bhuwania and Associates, Him Urja Private Limited, Indian Energy Exchange Ltd., ACME Telepower Ltd, Akshayini Oorja Pvt. Ltd., Bhilwara Energy Ltd, Ravindra Energy Limited, Inox Wind Ltd, and Vikram Solar. Over the years, he has honed his expertise in finance, including investor relations, corporate finance, IPOs, budgetary control, M&A, and more. During his tenure at Vikram Solar, Lodha led the strategic growth of the solar business, monitoring the financial processes and systems of the company.
In his new role, he will be leading the financial strategy and driving business growth. With his extensive experience and knowledge, the company aims to support sustainable and efficient scaling.
