Ness Digital Engineering welcomed Kishor Kumar as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent Supply Chain, where he will be responsible for managing resources and the supply chain. Kishor brings almost three decades of experience to the table. In his new role, he will lead the talent supply chain strategy while driving AI enablement, creating a future-ready talent pool.
Kishor has worked with Wipro Technologies, Infogain, and Gron IT PES. He led Wipro for 14 years as the Head of Supply Chain for North America, facilitating resource fulfillment and ensuring the right fulfillment occurs. He also served as the Human Resource Supply Chain Head for India. He managed the complete supply chain and operations across the business units, like telecom, media, and healthcare. He was in charge of over 12,000 professionals in the media and telecom sector.
At Infogain, he was the Global Head of Recruitment, handling 40+ talent acquisition professionals across the globe. Given his extensive experience in talent supply chains, Kishor is the ideal fit for this role. His expertise in operational efficiencies, improving margins and customer experiences shaped his professional career.
