Pavneet Singh Batra brings over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and is currently serving as the COO of Retail (PAN India) at Confidence Petroleum India Ltd.
He has worked with multiple public and private sector giants in gas distribution, including Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) and Mahanagar Gas Limited (MGL). Mr. Batra has also worked with the joint venture of GAIL (India) Limited and Shell. With his expertise, he has established over 400 CNG stations across Delhi, Bangalore, and Mumbai.
At Confidence Petroleum India, Mr. Batra is leading an operational model that is commissioning over 50 standalone CNG stations across Bangalore and also rolling out a similar strategy in Mumbai.
Mr. Batra’s vision goes beyond CNG, as he discussed his plans to explore bio-CNG and LNG stations and also anticipates the commercial availability of hydrogen.
His leadership blends operational precision with long-term vision by aligning daily performance with strategic goals. Under his guidance, Confidence Petroleum is set to become a future-ready player.
