Pidilite Industries Limited announced new appointments in the company. Sudhanshu Vats is elevated as the Managing Director and Kavinder Singh as Joint Managing Director effective from 10th April 2025.
Bharat Puri will transition to a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director role. Puri has served as MD for a decade and has made significant contributions to the company.
The Executive Chairman, M.B. Parekh expressed gratitude for Puri’s contributions and on the new appointments, saying “We thank Bharat for his invaluable contribution as managing director for the last 10 years.
Pidilite has made substantial progress and created significant shareholder value during his term. The appointments of Sudhanshu and Kavinder as MD and joint MD will reflect the next phase of the Pidilite leadership journey.”
Sudhanshu has worked with several companies like EPL Limited, Viacom18 Media Private Limited, BARC India, Unilever, and more. He has over three decades of experience in the FMCG and media sector.
Kavinder Singh has also worked with renowned companies before joining Pidilite. Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited, Asian Paints, and ITC Limited. with nearly four decades of experience.
