Ravindra Rana is leading one of India’s evolving power sector and bringing together deep expertise and global exposure. Currently heading as the Vice President (Hydro Construction & Execution) at Greenko Group, where he is spearheading the delivery of the 1920 MW pumped-storage project in Madhya Pradesh which is currently the largest pumped-storage project under construction in the country and a critical enabler of India’s renewable energy transition.

With nearly three decades of experience across organisations such as SJVN, Alstom, Andritz, Halcrow, JSWEnergy, and now Greenko, Mr. Rana’s career reflects consistency in execution and foresight in leadership. Over the years, he has worked with hydro construction, project governance, and large-scale execution across India and international markets, including assignments across 18 countries, which have shaped his culturally inclusive and relationship-driven leadership style.

Apart from his excellence in project delivery, he is deeply invested in mentoring the upcoming generation of leaders. Driven by motivation to create sustainable and environmentally responsible system, he aims to strengthen India’s net-zero decarbonization mission.
