Ravirajphani K.S. has been appointed as the Associate Director of Service Delivery at Accenture. Ravirajphani has over two decades of experience in human resources and operations, maintaining people and aligning business goals with them.
Throughout his career, he has worked with UCO, Genpact, Infosys BPM, and Tata Consultancy Services. At Genpact, he has successfully fulfilled roles such as Domain Expert in HR Operations and HR Operations Manager, where he was responsible for employee life cycles and payroll processing while driving excellence and people practices.
Later, he joined Infosys BPM, leading the organization’s HRO for 10 years and growing business operations across North America and the UK. He also served as the Head of Service Delivery and Head of Client Services, managing a consumer goods company across 100 countries while delivering consistent practices across EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and Brazil.
His versatile experience in human resources operations will bring in-depth knowledge of the field and cross-border experience. Leveraging his dynamic skills, Accenture aims to focus its service delivery.
