Rosari Chia to lead JLL as Head of Office Leasing Advisory in Indonesia
JLL appointed Rosari Chia as the Head of Office Leasing Advisory for Indonesia. In her new role, Chia will also be a part of the country leadership team of Indonesia, closely collaborating with Panji Aziz – Head of Tenant Representation, and Vivin Harsanto – Head of Growth and Executive Director.
Chia has two decades of experience in commercial real estate and leasing. She has been associated with JLL for over 18 years and has served in several leadership positions, like Senior Director, Senior Manager, and more.
Throughout her tenure, she has led complex transactions with immense expertise in the Jakarta metropolitan area. Her strategies have shaped JLL in the region and created a presence in the market. Before joining JLL, she worked with Colliers.
“Rosari’s track record is exceptional, and her ascension to this leadership role corresponds with our commitment to elevating our next generation of leaders across Southeast Asia,” expressed Michael Glancy, the Managing Director for Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam at JLL.
This promotion highlights JLL’s focus to strengthen the leadership team and navigating the competitive real estate sector of Indonesia. Her extensive local experience and ability to handle strong client relationships are expected to play a significant role in driving growth.
