RBL Bank has appointed Sanoj Raj Singh as Vice President II & Cluster Head – Branch Banking, effective from August 2025. This is a strategic move that will strengthen the bank’s leadership in the retail banking segment. Singh brings over 18 years of experience in retail banking and financialservices, holding key leadership roles across leading Indian banks.
Before joining RBL Bank, Singh served as the Vice President & Cluster Head at AU Small Finance Bank, where he successfully managed 9 branches and led a team of 150+ professionals. With his branch performance and deepening customer engagement across the Bengaluru cluster, he contributed significantly.
Singh also worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank for 6 years. He served positions like Chief Manager & Branch Head and Deputy Vice President & Senior Brand Head, leading the bank with significant contributions. He initially started his career at Reliance Mutual Fund, and later moved on to HDFC Bank, honing his expertise in investment strategy and relationship management.
With a strong track record in team leadership, customer acquisition, and branch profitability, Singh is expected to lead RBL Bank’s branch banking operations in Karnataka to new heights.
