Sterling Hospitals appointed Santosh Marathe as its new Managing Director and CEO. With nearly three decades of experience in clinical operations, multi-unit hospital management, and financial governance, Santosh brings the expertise needed to accelerate Sterling’s expansion and deepen its commitment to high-quality, patient-focused care.
In his new role, Santosh will oversee the group’s six NABH-accredited hospitals, including two dedicated oncology centres, with a combined capacity of over 1,000 beds across Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot, and Gandhidham. His responsibilities include enhancing clinical excellence, improving operational efficiency, and modernising systems to support Sterling’s long-term growth strategy.
Before joining Sterling, he has worked with NMC Healthcare, Apollo Hospitals, American Hospital Dubai, and more, bringing more than 20 years of experience across in the healthcare industry.
