He has advanced through multiple talent leadership positions, reflecting sustained success in evolving recruitment landscapes.

Brahme returns to Capgemini for a second tenure, bringing more than two decades of professional experience spanning recruitment, talent strategy, employer branding, and candidate experience. He began his career in digital marketing and transitioned into HR and talent acquisition early on, laying the foundation for a career that bridges marketing and human resources in innovative ways.
