Starting her journey in 2006 at Amarchand & Mangaldas, she later transitioned to Bharucha & Partners, where she spent over a decade in private, advising corporates and financial institutions on complex M&A, private equity, banking, and structured finance deals.
Since 2015, Shraddha has led the legal function at Mizuho Bank in India. She has been in charge of the bank’s legal operations for the past ten years, coordinating rules with corporate objectives.
