SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY elevated Nidhi Piplani Kapur as Head – International Initiatives, Symbiosis Centre for International Education. With over 14 years of experience in international higher education, with a proven track record in fostering global collaborations, academic exchanges, and transactional opportunities.
In her previous role, Nidhi served as Head of the Symbiosis Centre for European Studies, where she led European initiatives and strong partnerships across academia, diplomatic missions, and international organisations. She has empowered academic and cultural exchanges, growth in higher education, and collaborative research that aligns with the EU and India.
She is also continuing to serve as General Council Member at the EAIE, where she is the only Irish-Indian elected representative. She served at IILM as Deputy Director International while continuing as Assistant Professor of Economics & Strategy.
At SCIE, Nidhi will focus on expanding Symbiosis’ global engagement, strengthening Erasmus+ collaborations, and designing inclusive, sustainable ecosystems for higher education.
