The Delhi-based luxury real estate company TARC Limited appointed Rita Misra as the new CHRO. Rita has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Her knowledge and expertise will strengthen the company’s talent management efficiency and development.
The career journey
Misra has worked with several renowned companies like Tata Realty, JLL, Genpact, and more. She served JLL as their Head of Talent Management, where she fostered HR strategy, training, and development and increased inclusion and diversity in the company. She led many leadership roles, like Head HR at Tata Realty and ASC Talent Management Leader at Aon Hewitt.
Her appointment comes with responsibilities like strategizing human resources, encouraging employee engagement, and pushing a culture of learning and development. She will lead initiatives that will enhance talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Rita has held leadership positions in large, global organizations such as AOL Time Warner, Genpact, AON Hewitt, JLL West Asia, and Tata Realty and Infrastructure, where she has managed large workforces and partnered with the leaders to drive performance and transform businesses.
