The Ritz-Carlton, Amman has appointed Dimitrios Kotsifakos as the new General Manager, where he will be leading teams in creating a distinguished reputation across luxury and guest satisfaction.
With over two decades of experience in global hospitality brands, where he has led multiple hotels, including Hyatt International, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Ios Palace Hotel & Spa, Hilton London Metropole, and more. With extensive expertise in hotel operations, food and beverage, and handling high-profile events, he is the ideal fit for this role.
Kotsifakos started his hospitality career at the Hilton Athens in 2003. He studied hospitality at the Swiss Hotel Management School.
