W Goa has appointed Anuraag Kadam as its Director of Human Resources, bringing more than 12 years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry. Kadam has held senior positions in HR roles with renowned luxury hotel chains such as Hilton, TheLeelaPalaces, and TajHotels Resorts & Palaces, where he developed a people-centred leadership style and honed his strategic expertise.
He has also worked with The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group and Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa. In this new role, Anuraag will lead the hotel to strengthen the resort’s workplace culture, foster employeeengagement, and establish W Goa as a luxury destination for guests as well as a top employer of choice in the hotel chain. With his strategic approach to people management, he is poised to open fresh avenues for collaboration and support the resort’s growth aspirations.
