Yogesh Ramdasani is appointed as the Director – People Strategy & Operations for the APAC region at Trading Technologies. In his new role, Yogesh will be leading the HR strategies, aligning with the business growth across multiple markets. Yogesh has spent more than 14 years in the industry, focusing on improving employee experience and operational efficiency.
Yogesh had worked with Adani Group, Adani Enterprises Limited, and Adani Total Private Limited for 14 years. He joined Adani Ports and SEZ as a management trainee in 2011. Over the years, he has led multiple segments of #AdaniGroup, including ports, mining, and project businesses, contributing to 16 core HR projects in the company as Associate Manager, Group Human Resources Team.
As Associate Manager, Group HR Technology Team, Yogesh contributed to the implementation of the Human Resources Management System, tracking the everyday operations of over 60,000+ employees across 12 business units.
He shared a heartfelt gratitude for his incredible journey with Adani, “Looking back, I feel a profound sense of gratitude and pride. Joining as a management trainee and eventually heading HR for one of the businesses in the group, this journey has been more than just a career stint; it is a journey of growth, resilience, and learning.”
