Amisha Vora is a seasoned equity expert with 35+ years of experience in the financial services sector. Currently, Ms. Vora is the Chairperson and Managing Director of PL Capital Group (Prabhudas Lilladher). She has played a leading role in expanding the organisation’s business and positioning the firm as one of the most trusted Indian financial service companies while delivering value-added solutions to clients.
Ms. Vora is an eminent member of the CII Capital Markets Committee. She believes India has the potential to create unprecedented wealth, and her mission is to empower PL’s retail, HNI, and institutional clients to capitalise on these opportunities. Her strategic vision is evident, integrating PL’s diverse verticals in broking, investment banking, wealth and asset management, and securities finance.
In the interview, she mentioned the defining moments of her career. Between 2002 and 2009, she scaled PL’s Institutional Business 36x and led investment banking efforts, successfully raising $1.8 billion.
