Accenture has elevated Parived Bhatnagar as Head of Human Resources for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region and the Advanced Technology Centres in India (AIOC). In this role, Bhatnagar will be overseeing the broader business objectives of Accenture.
Bhatnagar brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate HR, strategic HR, M&A HR, and organisational consulting, among other areas. He has worked with popular organisations like Aon, SAP, TNT, Deloitte, and others. Bhatnagar has cross-border experience across Asia Pacific and Japan, delivering exceptional solutions in talent management, organisational effectiveness, and people strategy alignment.
Bhatnagar will head 50 HR professionals in a team who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle for over 30,000+ employees across the EMEA region. He will also contribute to the HR Leadership Council of Accenture India, which looks after the regional and global HR agendas.
