Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has announced Anurag Mantri as the new Executive Director and Global Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
Mantri will be succeeding V.s Mani, the existing CFO and Executive Director. Mani is stepping down after serving eight years of tenure with the company.
Mantri is a Chartered Accountant who brings over three decades of experience in finance and corporate leadership. He has led Jindal Stainless as Group CFO and Executive Director for eight years. He also worked with companies like Schneider Electric Infrastructure Limited (SEIL), ACME Group, Cairn Energy PLC, SRF Limited, HCLTech, and more.
Glenmark has acknowledged Mani’s contributions over the years and assured a seamless transition. Mani has also worked with companies like Cipla, Bhartiya Group, Mercator Lines Limited, and more.
The group also expressed confidence in Mantri and the wealth of knowledge and leadership he brings with him. Mantri will guide the organization in financial strategies and governance structures.
