Cummins India Welcomes Soma Dilip Ghosh as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel
Cummins India Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Soma Ghosh as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. This decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors, following the recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
Ghosh has worked with several companies like ZF Group, Approva Systems Private Limited, and Atlas Copco. She has been associated with Cummins for more than 15 years and has led the organisation as Finance Director, Finance Controller for Industrial Engine Business Unit, Business Control Head and more.
With immense expertise in the financial sector, her appointment is expected to strengthen Cummins India’s financial strategies and support its growth objectives.
“The Board of the Company, on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit and Compliance Committee, inter alia, have approved the appointment of Ms. Soma Dilip Ghosh as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from July 21, 2025 upon her joining the Company.”- expressed the company in a press release.
