Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) has appointed Venkatesh Korla as the new Global Chief Executive Officer and Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati as the Global Chief Financial Officer. These two leaders will be succeeding Group CEO Partha DeSarkar and CFO Srinivas Palakodeti.

Venkatesh Korla (Venk Korla) has worked with several companies like Rush University Medical Center, CGN Global, and more. He brings with him 30 years of experience in the tech sector. He expressed his gratitude towards the company, saying, “It is a tremendous honour to take on the role of Global CEO at HGS. I step into this position with deep respect for the legacy we’ve built so far, led by the strong leadership of Partha DeSarkar, and a sense of great excitement for how we can shape the future.”

Mahesh Kumar Nutalapati has over 25 years of experience and joined HGS in February. Prior to this, he has worked with other renowned companies like Cyient, Sutherland, Accenture, Deloitte, and more. Nutalapati hones immense expertise in financial transformations, risk management, IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.

With these strategic appointments, HGS is stepping into AI and digital transformation that meets the dynamic demands of the global market.
