Food tech company Curefoods has acquired Krispy Kreme’s pan-India franchise rights. This is a significant expansion in the Indian food and beverage market, expanding Curefood’s operations from South India to the entire nation via Krispy Kreme.

As a part of this acquisition, the company has taken over 11 Krispy Kreme outlets in the Delhi-NCR region. The notable locations include Worldmark Aerocity, Select City Walk Mall in Saket, Ambience Mall in Gurgaon, Promenade Mall in Vasant Kunj, and more.

“This marks a pivotal step in Krispy Kreme’s India journey. With full national rights now under our umbrella, we are excited to build a unified strategy for brand growth, customer experience, and innovation across the country. Delhi NCR is the beginning, and we are committed to scaling Krispy Kreme in a way that’s sustainable, accessible, and exciting for our consumers,” expressed Ankit N., Founder of Curefoods.

Curefood was founded in 2020. The company manages a diverse portfolio of food and beverage brands. EatFit, CakeZone, Nomas Pizza, Sharief Bhai, and Frozen Bottle are some of the subsidiary brands under the company. It operates over 500+ cloud kitchens and offline outlets across 40 cities in India. The company also plans to tap into the west India’s markets like Mumbai.

This acquisition highlights Curefood’s commitment to bringing globally renowned food brands to Indian consumers while extending their distribution channels and operational expertise.
