
Virat Diwanji joined as the new National Head of Consumer Banking at Federal Bank. Diwanji has three decades of experience in the banking and credit sector. He has contributed significantly to several companies. In this new role, he is expected to scale the bank’s growth in new markets and geographies.
Before joining Federal Bank, he worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Ford Credit, and more. He was recently appointed as the Non-Executive Director of Zaggle in October 2024. Diwanji is also an Independent Director at Tyger Capital (formerly Adani Capital). His expertise in consumer banking will bring immense benefits to Federal Bank and expand the customer base.
