Rachna Mohan joins as CHRO at HG Infra Engineering​

The new leadership at H.G. Infra Engineering Limited is about to enhance the company’s human resources department. Rachna Mohan is the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of HG Infra. Mohan brings over 25 years’ experience in human resources. HG Infra is an Indian road infrastructure company, enhancing infrastructure by exceptional engineering, procurement, and construction.

Mohan has worked with several renowned companies, like Gensol Group, Sterlite Power, Max Ventures & Industries Limited, Six Senses Vana – A Wellness Retreat, Amanresorts(Aman), and more. She gained her exceptional skills and knowledge of human resources and management via her experience in these companies.

Before joining HG Infra, she led Gensol Group as the Senior VP of Human Resources. Also led Sterlite as the Vice President of Human Resources.
Mohan is known for her reliability, positive attitude, and strong people management skills. Her hands-on approach and sense of ownership contribute a wealth of knowledge to the team. With Mohan onboard, HG Infra is expected to strengthen its HR functions and engineering procurement and attract the best talents to the company.
