Hyperbots Inc. Secures $6.5M Series A to Revolutionize Finance Automation with AI Co-Pilots

Bengaluru and US-based AI startup Hyperbots raised $6.5 million (approx. 55 cr) in a series A funding round co-led by Arkam Ventures and Athera Venture Partners (formerly Inventus India). The round saw participation from JSW Ventures, Kalaari Capital, Sun Icon Ventures, and Darashaw & Company.

The company is founded by Niyati Chhaya, Ram Jayaraman, and Rajeev Pathak in 2023. Hyberbots specialises in creating agentic AI co-pilots. The design of these co-pilots aims to automate intricate financial workflows. The platform addresses tasks such as invoice processing, tax validation, accrual management, and more. The platform aids in seamless integration with existing ERP, CRM, and other financial systems. Reporting to have achieved up upto 99.8% document accuracy.

“With our proprietary, domain-trained AI models and agentic workflow engine, we can finally automate the heavy, error-prone work that’s been holding finance teams back. This round gives us the resources to deepen our R&D, accelerate go-lives, and build a GTM ecosystem that will let every mid-market CFO run world-class F&A operations—at a fraction of today’s cost and effort,” said Rajeev Pathak, Co-founder and CEO of Hyperbots.

With a team of engineers based in Bengaluru, Hyperbots serves over 100+ clients in different sectors in this fiscal year.
