KPIT Technologies Acquires Caresoft Global’s Engineering Solutions
KPIT Technologies announced the complete acquisition of Caresoft’s Global Engineering Solutions. This acquisition has surged the share price of KPIT Technologies. The acquisition includes four key international entities: Caresoft Global Technologies, Inc. (USA), Caresoft Engineering Services Limited (UK), CAREGLOTECH de RL de CV (Mexico), and OXI SRL (Italy).
The KPIT acquisition aligns with Global OEMs and KPIT’s goals to create a global mark in the industry, rebusting the global engineering services, particularly within the automotive sector.
Caresoft brings significant value to the company, as it has deep expertise in cost benchmarking and teardown analysis. Caresoft has helped many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) save billions through cost optimisation.
