Nitin K. to lead Dhoot Transmission as Group CFO
The leading global manufacturer for automotive components, Dhoot Transmission Pvt. Ltd., appointed Nitin Kalani as the Group CFO. Kalani has over 21 years of experience in finance and strategic leadership.
He has worked with renowned companies including GREENPLY INDUSTRIES LIMITED, RPG Group, Credit Suisse, Rabobank, Varroc Group, and Tata Motors. With expertise in capital markets transactions like IPOs, QIPs, mergers and acquisitions, treasury operations, and more. He contributed to Greenply Industries as CFO and navigated financial deals and boosted stakeholder relationships.
“His proven track record in corporate finance and operational efficiency will be instrumental in executing our growth roadmap and enhancing shareholder value.” expressed Founder Rahul Dhoot.
Kalani will supervise the company’s financial strategies to promote its financial health. His expertise will support the company’s expansion into emerging segments such as the electric vehicle sector. Kalani is a Chartered Accountant, CFA charterholder, and qualified Company Secretary. Known for his approaches to strategic financial planning and analysis, equity research, and cost optimisation. With Kalani onboard, Dhoot aims to compete in the global market and scale profitably.
