With over 30 years of experience in leading global technology firms, Jose brings a proven track record of driving enterprise growth and digital transformation. His previous leadership roles span across Salesforce, IBM, Oracle, and most recently, BrowserStack, underscoring his deep expertise in customer-centric innovation and enterprise-scale go-to-market strategies.
In his new role, Jose will lead Workday’s India business and operational strategy, reporting to Simon Tate, President, Asia Pacific. His appointment aligns with Workday’s broader commitment to India, which includes plans to open a local data center, expand its sales and services footprint, and deepen its partner ecosystem.
