Krishnakumar steps into this role after serving 11 years as the Branch Manager, where he headed the hashtag#ArjunMarg branch, which is the second biggest branch in the country. With over 21 years of industry expertise at HDFC Bank, Krishnakumar has consistently demonstrated excellence in branch banking, customer relationship management, and operational leadership. Earlier in his career, he served as a Relationship Manager handling the largest HNW base in South Delhi, and started his journey at HDFC in 2004 and quickly becoming a key operational leader. With his deep expertise and knowledge in hashtag#retailbanking, strategic vision, and branch management, he fits in this role ideally. In his role, he is expected to drive continued growth, customer engagement, and operational excellence across his cluster in alignment with the bank’s long-term vision.
