The global supplier of automotive systems, Uno Minda appointed Ravi Mehra as the Managing Director. Mehra is currently the Deputy Managing Director of the company and has been associated with Uno Minda for 30 years. He joined the company at 1995 and since then he has significantly contributed to the company.
Mehra is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. His extensive expertise and knowledge will be crucial in Uno Minda.
Nirmal K Minda will be assumed as the Executive Chairman of the company. He will focus on leadership mentoring, employee development, and strategy.
The company also welcomed new board members to strengthen its leadership. Shekar Viswanathan, former Vice Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar Motors joined the board as the Independent Director. Viswanathan has four decades of experience in the automobile industry.
Abhay Damle, the former Indian Revenue Service Officer joined as the Independent Director. Damle has versatile experience in transportation policy and governance.
Paridhi Minda & Pallak Minda joined the group as the Non-Executive Directors. Paridhi Minda has been associated with the company for 20 years now and will continue to contribute management and entrepreneurial insights.
