Pine Labs elevates CEO Amrish Rao as the Chairman and MD

Fintech unicorn Pine Labs recently elevated CEO Amrish Rau as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. Pine Labs is strengthening the company before a $1 billion IPO expected to take place in the second half of the year.

The company has secured approval from the National Company Law Tribunal to shift their headquarters from Singapore to India.
