Pine Labs elevates CEO Amrish Rao as the Chairman and MD

The company has secured approval from the National Company Law Tribunal to shift their headquarters from Singapore to India. This initiative will help the company to align with broader trends of Indian startups and evolving regulatory and investor landscapes.
