Neha Ahuja Bhutani joined Coca-Cola India and Southwest Asia as the Vice President of Strategy, effective 1st June 2025. In her new role, she will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives. She is expected to drive the growth of the company in these regions.
With over 17 years of experience, she has worked with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). She has led BCG as the Managing Director and Partner in the Consumer Products and Industrial Goods Practices. In her journey, she has led many projects, including branding strategy for a global food and beverage company. Bhutani’s expertise goes beyond the border; she successfully managed India, the Middle East, and Africa.
With her appointment, The Coca-Cola Company aims to boost its strategic planning and execution in India and the Southwest Asia region. Bhutani’s extensive experience in the consumer goods, automotive, and technology sectors will be put to use. Aligning with the company’s objectives to enhance the market presence and operations in the region, Bhutani is expected to leverage her expertise in strategic planning and market entry.
This leadership change highlights Coca-Cola’s commitment to strengthening strategic planning and global expansion in the markets of India and Southwest Asia.
